Snow Bright Global Intl Singapore Pte Ltd is pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over RM100.00 within Malaysia only for all online purchases.
All other orders will incur a flat rate of RM12.00 per delivery.
We do not offer shipping to any international countries.
All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.
*IMPORTANT:* All payments from this online store will appear on your credit card statement as SNOW BRIGHT GLOBAL INTL SINGAPORE PTE LTD.
*DELIVERY DETAILS*
All delivery times are indications only (as provided by the service provider).
Indication of time will take place once goods are packed and dispatched from Snow Bright Global Intl Singapore Pte Ltd.
Delays in shipment may occur when a specific product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. You will be advised via email of any substantial delay.
In the event that your ordered items are in stock and some are being substantially delayed, we will contact you with the option to split your shipment. Additional freight charges may apply.
Delivery times may vary, particularly for remote locations.
The delivery times mentioned are an indicative time for delivery from when your orders are shipped from Snow Bright Global Intl Singapore Pte Ltd. Goods will be sent via J&T, which will take 3-5 working days to receive the goods.
Once your order has been dispatched from Snow Bright Global Intl Singapore Pte Ltd, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address.

Products purchased on snowbrightglobal.com can be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery in accordance with the RETURNS POLICY below.

Purchased goods will be exchanged within three (3) business days.
*IMPORTANT NOTE:*
- *Shoe Boxes:* When returning shoes in boxes, please ensure items are packed inside a satchel and ensure you do not attach anything on the outside of the original shoe box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to reject your return as we will not be able to resell the product.
- Once the product has been received and assessed to meet the criteria of our returns policy, we will process the exchange or refund.
*RETURNS POLICY*
Apart from faulty products, products purchased on snowbrightglobal.com can be returned within fourteen (14) days with the condition that the goods are in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and tags still attached.
You shall be responsible for the return’s shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty.
Should a product returned to Snow Bright Global Intl Singapore Pte Ltd be faulty but found to be in working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight at our discretion.
You will also be charged a service fee for the testing of products.
Snow Bright Global Intl Singapore Pte Ltd will charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange that have been damaged while in your care.
Credits / Refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.
Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of Malaysia.
Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for refunds to be processed.
